ive been gping2 throigh the sane thing praying for u to get better
I'm trying to figure out how to deal with anxiety if your really sick! I got tonsillitis and been treated and feels like it's getting worse as the days go on .. Cos the anxiety doesn't make it easier
I've yet to find another video that completely summarizes how I feel. I hope things are starting to get better for you, and that we can both get through these low points while we recover.
Thank you for your video and your honesty – this has helped me feel less alone and better about my situation, as I feel like a lot of people I know with anxiety just get on, so to know others frozen with it stuck in bed, makes me feel validated I suppose?6 years ago I because agoraphobic and diagnosed with anxiety disorder. 2 years ago I started getting better and getting out more and doing more things, but this October just gone I had a traumatic time, and it's sent me right back, and even worse. I spend everyday in bed alone. I spent Christmas alone and couldn't celebrate my Dad's 60th with him. I wish to die all the time, and have even begged my partner to put me out of my misery. It is a horrible, exhausting and soul destroying disease. I hope you're doing well now, or better, and anyone reading this and going through something similar – sending you all love.
Thank you so much for sharing..I have suffered for many years..nice to have someone who gets me… Keep the faith in God and don't ever give up..We can't…. 😉✌

One thing that helps is knowing what triggers your anxiety, it could be as simple as a negative thought or something you have to do in the future. I find it easier to cope when you know the reason you where triggered.
Hi, I feel for you I do. Do remind yourself nothing is permanent and your current experience of anxiety will pass and you will heal, you will feel well.
Do you use the breath to relax?
It can gently focus your mind and calm and settle your CNS.
Using the breath to gently encourage your body to breath in deeply and allow your breath to become a good support for you, it will over time help the mind & emotions to calm, it may take some practice but it will help.

When I had anxiety and at its strongest point the panic attacks left me feeling drained beyond belief my legs would feel like jelly for days and I would be exhausted it's normal it's from the adrenal that's pumped round your body and made your muscles in a state ready to run but you didnt also it's tensed them up and that leaves you feeling drianed as well your body is used to produsing a xetain amount of energy and adrnalin and hormones to keep your blood sugar stable for energy throughout the day and exreme panic and anxiety floods them all at once and leaves your energy system out of whack completley normal mate…..can take days to feel better just relax and watch tv and eat and Fri I plenty
I know the feeling brother we will figure it out real soon.
